These Terms & Conditions apply to all purchases made on www.rahstrom.com. By placing an order, you accept the terms listed below.

2. Prices & Currency
All prices on rahstrom.com are shown in EUR (€) and include VAT, unless otherwise stated.
We reserve the right to change prices, correct errors, and update product information at any time without notice. Availability is not guaranteed.
3. Payment Methods

Payment is only captured once your order has been shipped.
4. Shipping & Delivery
We currently ship to countries within the European Union and selected destinations outside the EU.
Estimated delivery times:

EU countries: 1–6 business days

Non-EU: may vary depending on customs and location
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Free shipping may apply for orders above a specified amount (see site for current thresholds).
5. Returns & Right of Withdrawal
You have 14 days from the day you receive your order to return an item.
To qualify for a return:

Items must be unused and in original condition

Tags and packaging must be intact

Watches must have protective film in place and unactivated battery
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless otherwise agreed. We offer a prepaid return label at a reasonable price, which can be deducted from your refund.
You also have a 14-day right of withdrawal under EU law, allowing you to cancel your order without giving a reason.

6. Warranty & Complaints
All purchases are covered by a 2-year legal warranty in accordance with EU consumer protection laws.
This covers manufacturing defects or faults that were present at delivery.
It does not cover wear and tear, misuse, or damage caused by improper handling.
To file a complaint, email us at info@rahstrom.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

We respect your privacy and handle your personal data in line with the GDPR. We only collect what is necessary to process your order and improve your experience.

9. Limitations
RAHSTRÖM is not liable for delivery delays caused by force majeure, customs processing, or carrier disruptions.
We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order in case of pricing errors, technical issues, or suspected fraud.
