Refund policy
Return Policy – RAHSTRÖM
We hope you love your RAHSTRÖM piece. If something isn’t quite right, you can return or exchange your order within 14 days of receiving it.
Conditions for Return
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be:
- Unworn and unused
- In original packaging, with tags intact
- In the same condition as when received
- For watches: protective film must still be on, and the battery must not be activated
- Adjustable jewelry must not have been adjusted
- Include your order confirmation or receipt
👉 Items that are not in new condition or have been adjusted cannot be returned or exchanged.
Returns & Exchanges
To return or exchange an item:
- Contact us at info@rahstrom.dk
- Include your order number and what you would like to return or exchange
We will then send you a link to our return portal, where you can purchase a return label for 39 DKK.
👉 Return shipping is 39 DKK, whether it applies to:
- Returns (change of mind)
- Exchanges
The cost will either be deducted from your refund or paid via the return portal.
Important – Return Period
- The return period is 14 days from the original delivery date
- Exchanges do not extend or reset the return period
👉 If the return period has expired, items cannot be refunded – even if they have been exchanged in the meantime.
Before You Ship
- Do not send items back without contacting us first
- Pack the item securely
- You are responsible for the item until we receive it
- Keep your tracking number
Processing Time
Returns are processed within 2 business days after we receive them.
Once approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within up to 10 business days.
3 for 2 Offer – Terms & Conditions
General terms and conditions also apply.
When purchasing under a “3 for 2” offer:
- Add any 3 items to your cart, and the lowest-priced item will automatically be free
- If more than 3 items are added, the discount applies to the lowest-priced items
Discount codes cannot be combined with a 3 for 2 offer unless clearly stated.
Returns within a 3 for 2 purchase:
- If the free item is returned, no refund will be issued
- If one of the paid items is returned, the refund will be reduced by the value of the free item at the time of purchase
Example:
If your order includes items priced at 965 DKK, 775 DKK, and 485 DKK, the 485 DKK item will be free.
If you return the 775 DKK item, your refund will be:
775 DKK – 485 DKK = 290 DKK
EU Right of Withdrawal
If you live in an EU country, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it — no explanation needed.
Please note:
- The withdrawal period starts from the original delivery date
- Exchanges do not extend or reset the withdrawal period
